Yes. we have dedicated parking space at Tysons Playground.
Yes. We have showers.
Not yet. The Ashland location does not currently have a sauna.
Yes. We offer day passes ($20 – good for 24 hours) and 7 day passes ($45 – good for 7 consecutive days). If you purchase a day pass and then decide to purchase a membership, we will credit the day pass fee towards your membership if it’s within 7 days! You can purchase day passes HERE.
Absolutely! We have several flexible membership options and you can view them all by clicking JOIN NOW anywhere on the page.
All membership concerns, including cancellations, should be raised through the Gymdesk app or the membership app. This ensures requests are handled promptly and accurately.
We are open 24/7/365 for active members.

Yes, there is a $59 annual maintenance fee. This fee applies every January or upon signing a new membership and helps cover ongoing maintenance and improvements at Tysons Playground.
Committed memberships require a 12-month minimum. If you cancel early, the difference between your committed rate and the non-commitment rate for each month you were active will be charged to your payment method. This is a rate adjustment, not a penalty, and all charges are non-refundable and non-prorated.
No-commitment memberships have no cancellation fee and can be canceled anytime. Just be sure to cancel before the next billing period to avoid being charged for the following month.
Yes, a $25 re-rack fee applies if weights are not properly returned to their designated racks. Please note that cameras are positioned throughout the gym to monitor equipment use and ensure safety and proper etiquette.
