How old do you have to be to workout at TP?

You must be 17+ to workout at Tysons Playground

Do you have Parking?

Yes. You can park directly in front of our building in all the spaces marked Tysons Playground.

Do you have Showers?

Yes. We have showers in both the mens and womens locker rooms.

Do you have a Sauna?

Yes. We have a traditional sauna.

Do you offer Day Passes?

Yes. We offer day passes ($25 - good for 24 hours) and 7 day passes ($75 - good for 7 consecutive days). If you purchase a day pass and then decide to purchase a membership, we will credit the day pass fee towards your membership if it's within 7 days! You can purchase day passes HERE.

Absolutely! We have several flexible membership options and you can view them all HERE

What are the gym hours?

We are open 24/7/365 for active members.

If you are a first time visitor, you must come during our staffed hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Sat and Sun 9am-2pm

Where are you located?

We are located at 8504 Tyco Road, Vienna, VA 22182. You will turn in the TESLA parking lot and drive to the back of the building where you will see the big Tysons Playground sign.
