Hyrox is Tysons Playground’s flagship community outreach program. It transforms the 21 apartment communities surrounding our gym from passive neighbors into active partners, giving residents exclusive access, building managers a complimentary membership, and creating a living, breathing fitness community right where people already live.

HYROX is the global fitness race combining functional strength, endurance, and mental grit. Athletes complete 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station including sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, lunges, wall balls, and more. Whether you’re preparing for your first event or chasing a personal best, HYROX demands a smarter way to train.
