Set a timer for 15 min.

Perform the following exercises with a Kettlebell that you are comfortable with:

5 reverse lunges – (Your strong side)

5 Goblet squats

10 Kettlebell swings

Immediately repeat the sequence (this time your five reverse lunges are on your stronger side)

Rest as long as you need to, but as little as you have to.  Then repeat until your timer hits zero!
