Ken Stewart

Ken Stewart is a strength and conditioning coach, nutrition consultant, former United States Navy Wrestling champion and lifetime drug-free professional bodybuilder. He holds certifications through NASM, USA Weightlifting, StrongFirst (SFG I&II), RKC I&II, TRX. Ken is the founder and Principal of Tysons Playground and works with all Tysons Playground’s trainers to deliver outstanding service, programming and superior results to all clients.

Ai Shoda

Highly energetic personal trainer and a bootcamp coach with strong back ground with weight, running, pre/post natal, and Kettlebell training. Former practitioner for Kendo and Kyudo (Japanese archery) for 12 years in Japan. Highly driven to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
